| System Inventory Survey |
| All
the computer hardware, software, and warranty information for
your organization is identified and documented. |

| Standardization Consultation |
| With the previously collected
inventory, we work with you do decide what hardware and software
will become standard in your organization. We will then prepare
an order for necessary hardware and software to bring all the
computers up to the new standard. We will also negotiate a
hardware service contract with a hardware service vendor. |

| Data Backup Implementation |
| A data backup system will be set up,
and each PC will be reconfigured to ensure that all data is backed up. |

| Utility Installation |
| Software utilities will be installed
to prevent and correct problems. These include anti-virus,
remote support, and tutorial software. The actual software used
will depend on client requirements. |

| Software Standardization |
| The necessary software will be
installed on each PC to bring it into compliance with the
organization standard |
| |
| Recovery CD Creation |
| A recovery CD will be created for
each computer to enable the user to restore the computer to its
initial condition after installation (in the event that it gets
Fouled Up Beyond All Recognition). |

| Software Re-installation |
| For those computers that have a
history of intermittent problems (the computer from hell) it is
recommended that the hard disk be erased and all software
re-installed. |
